Digital Platforms Manager

Digital Platforms Manager | Banking Systems & Applications Experienced in digital product or project management, with a strong understanding of banking systems and enterprise technology? A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Digital Platforms Manager to take technological ownership of key digital platforms, including websites and applications. This role connects business needs, digital product teams, software development, infrastructure, and core banking systems to ensure the successful delivery, integration, and operation of digital solutions. You'll work in a complex enterprise environment, coordinating multiple technology teams, managing releases, resolving technical dependencies, and supporting the evolution of business-critical digital platforms. What You'll Do Take end-to-end technological responsibility for digital platforms, including websites and applications. Represent the technology division in Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases and future release roadmaps. Coordinate development activities and deliverables across digital and software development teams. Connect product, project, development, infrastructure, and core banking systems teams. Participate in requirements analysis and introduce technological considerations early in the planning process. Identify and resolve technical constraints, dependencies, and project challenges. Coordinate production deployments and oversee acceptance testing and deliverable validation. Ensure effective integration between digital solutions and core banking systems. Review and approve High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. Coordinate work plans and dependencies across interconnected enterprise systems. Collaborate with business users, vendors, and internal technology stakeholders. Support systems analysis and solution development in complex environments. Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in digital project management or digital product management. Significant knowledge and experience with digital systems and platforms. Experience managing information systems in financial organizations. At least 3 years of experience working with banking systems. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong systems thinking and ability to analyze complex processes and technology environments. Ability to coordinate and drive software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working with business users and external vendors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities. Availability for full-time employment. Relevant academic education. Academic Background Relevant academic education is required. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management is an advantage.
