Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us and help shape our conversational AI product, which creates a personal space for reflection through conversations informed by mindfulness and psychology. We’re a post-Seed startup with a team of 10, and our product is already in beta. The role reports to the VP Product. What you’ll do Shape capabilities such as conversational memory, context management, and AI workflows. Work with the CTO and Dialog Lead to translate conversational needs into product requirements and technical solutions. Define ways to evaluate conversation quality and use the results to improve model responses. Analyze conversations to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve the user experience. Define tools and processes that support experimentation, evaluation, and ongoing product improvement. Help set product priorities based on insights from beta users. What we’re looking for At least 5 years of experience in a technology environment, including at least 3 years in Product Management. Hands-on experience working with LLM-based products, including prompt writing and evaluating model outputs. Strong systems thinking and the ability to work across product, engineering, and content. Experience turning complex or ambiguous needs into clear requirements and product decisions. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with qualitative information or conversational data. A curious, collaborative approach and the ability to work in a small team. Experience with conversational AI , personal assistants , or psychology-related products is an advantage.
