Technical Product Manager

We’re a small team building an AI-powered product designed to make digital interactions more personal, useful, and responsive over time. Our work brings together advanced AI capabilities and thoughtful product design, with a focus on creating experiences that can continuously learn and improve. We’re looking for an exceptionally sharp and technical Product Manager to help shape the systems and infrastructure behind our conversational AI. This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We need someone who can: Shape complex AI-driven backend capabilities, such as conversational memory, context management, and AI workflows. Bridge technology and conversation design, working closely with the CTO and Dialog Lead to translate conversational needs into scalable technical solutions. Build for continuous evolution, establishing flexible infrastructure and structured processes that support rapid experimentation, evaluation, and improvement. Bring exceptional systems thinking, technical fluency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to simplify complex challenges. Combine intellectual curiosity, excellent interpersonal skills, and humility, and thrive in a small, highly collaborative team. The ideal candidate is a builder of intelligent product capabilities, not simply a manager of features and tasks.
