Business Intelligence Developer

A leading defense company is seeking an experienced, hands-on BI Developer to join its core BI team. In this full-lifecycle (Backend & Frontend) role, you will design and deliver end-to-end data solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, and modern data platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and semantic models. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and advanced DAX measures. Build and optimize database architectures across Oracle and SQL Server. Develop ETL pipelines, data integrations, and automated workflows using Python. Partner with business stakeholders to translate raw requirements into high-impact BI solutions. Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions (Backend & Frontend). Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Tabular Modeling. Expert SQL skills working with relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle). Practical experience building ETL pipelines and scripting in Python. Strong analytical mind with a track record of solving complex data challenges.
