Located in the Central District within short walking distance of a primary train hub, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home. Role Description- Serving as a BI Developer, taking end-to-end technical ownership over the data delivery lifecycle: from extraction and modeling to advanced enterprise reporting and executive dashboards. Architecting, developing, and optimizing robust ETL / ELT processes to extract, transform, and load large-scale data from disparate operational systems into unified data repositories. Designing and building high-performance multidimensional/tabular data models and OLAP cubes to support complex analytical querying. Developing custom, automated pixel-perfect reports using SSRS, ensuring scheduled delivery and data integrity across business units. Creating dynamic, highly interactive, and intuitive Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to empower stakeholders with real-time actionable insights. Partnering cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams to gather reporting requirements, translate business questions into data models, and drive overall performance optimization. Requirements- 2 years of proven professional experience as a BI Developer – Mandatory Strong, hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and data extraction workflows – Mandatory Proven background in data modeling and developing OLAP structures / cubes (SSAS or equivalent) – Mandatory High proficiency in developing custom reports using SSRS – Mandatory Demonstrated hands-on track record building advanced, interactive dashboards in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) – Mandatory Advanced mastery of SQL: capable of authoring complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization – Mandatory Excellent analytical reasoning, logical problem-solving abilities, and strong data-oriented mindset – Mandatory Strong team collaboration skills and good professional communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
