QA Tester

QA Tester | Web Applications Experienced in testing web applications? Join a team where finding the smallest bug can make a big difference. A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced QA Tester to join its Digital Web team. In this role, you'll test complex web applications, investigate technical issues, validate APIs and databases, and work closely with development teams to deliver reliable digital solutions. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in web application testing , strong analytical skills, and a systematic approach to software quality. What You'll Do Plan, document, and execute manual software tests based on functional and technical specifications. Perform functional, system, integration, and cross-system testing. Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Test web applications in Client-Server environments. Perform API testing using Postman or Swagger. Validate data and investigate issues using databases and application logs. Analyze defects, troubleshoot unexpected system behavior, and document findings. Maintain testing data and tools required for QA activities. Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams. Work within Agile / Scrum development processes. Apply AI tools to practical QA activities beyond basic chatbot use. Requirements At least 3 years of hands-on QA experience testing web applications in Client-Server environments. Professional QA training from a recognized educational institution. Experience writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Hands-on API testing experience using Postman or Swagger. Experience working with databases for testing and data validation. Experience investigating application logs and technical issues. Understanding of complex business and technical processes. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to investigate issues independently and learn new technologies. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork. Advantages Experience testing mobile applications on iOS or Android. Familiarity with GlassBox, Kibana, Couchbase, or Umbraco. Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright or Appium. Position Details Location: Central Israel Employment Type: Full-time Work Model: Hybrid, subject to organizational policy. Important: Full on-site attendance is required during the first three months. Hybrid work may be available afterward according to organizational policy.
