Predictive Modeling Analyst

Predictive Modeling Analyst | SQL & Python A leading enterprise organization in Central Israel is looking for a Predictive Modeling Analyst with hands-on experience in advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and business decision-making processes. This role combines complex business analysis, research question formulation, development and validation of predictive and decision models, and hands-on work with SQL and Python. We are looking for an analytical professional who can go beyond data extraction, understand complex business processes, develop practical modeling solutions, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. What You'll Do Perform advanced data analysis of complex business processes and identify actionable insights Define research questions and develop appropriate analytical methodologies Develop, implement, and validate predictive models and decision-making models Monitor model performance and effectiveness through reports and analytical controls Design and execute tests for business decision logic Investigate anomalies, technical issues, and unexpected model behavior Work with large enterprise databases and write complex SQL queries Develop Python-based solutions for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning Maintain model documentation and track changes throughout the model lifecycle Analyze complex business systems, processes, and operational requirements Present analytical findings, conclusions, and well-supported recommendations to technical and business stakeholders Work independently and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization What We're Looking For At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries against databases in large enterprise organizations Strong analytical experience beyond data extraction, including defining research questions, conducting analyses, interpreting findings, and drawing conclusions At least 1 year of hands-on Python development experience for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning Practical experience developing, implementing, or validating analytical, predictive, or decision models Experience analyzing complex business systems and business processes Previous experience working in a large enterprise organization with multiple stakeholders Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage challenges without close supervision Strong communication skills and the ability to present clear, well-reasoned conclusions in both Hebrew and English Professional curiosity, strong learning capabilities, and attention to detail Motivation to develop professionally in a challenging, long-term environment Relevant academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline Advantages Experience working in Agile environments Familiarity with Jira or Monday.com Experience with Visual Analytics and tools such as Tableau Central Israel | Full-time
