Information Systems Project Manager | ERP & Digital A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to lead complex Digital and ERP projects in a large enterprise environment. We're looking for a project manager with 4–10 years of experience managing information systems projects, strong hands-on expertise in Monday.com , and proven experience delivering technology projects within large enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate understands both business processes and technology environments, can translate business requirements into actionable project plans, and has experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com as a primary project management tool is a key requirement for this position. What You'll Do Lead and manage complex information systems projects involving Digital, ERP, and Web solutions from initiation through implementation and delivery Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and implementation plans Use Monday.com as a primary tool for project planning, task management, progress tracking, and reporting Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies Coordinate development, testing, implementation, and delivery activities Lead cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, development teams, IT professionals, and external vendors Manage projects within large enterprise environments involving multiple organizational units and complex business processes Manage vendors, subcontractors, and external technology service providers Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies according to project requirements Monitor project performance, identify challenges, and ensure successful delivery What We're Looking For 4–10 years of professional experience managing information systems or technology projects Proven experience managing Digital and ERP projects Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com as a primary project management tool Previous experience managing projects in large enterprise organizations Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and analysis through development, implementation, and delivery Experience working with Web applications and digital systems Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Experience managing vendors and subcontractors Strong ability to lead matrix teams without direct managerial authority Good understanding of enterprise information systems, technology environments, and business processes Strong project planning, prioritization, monitoring, and organizational skills Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and a broad systems perspective Advantage Experience managing AI-related technology projects Education & Professional Qualifications Candidates must meet at least one of the following qualification paths: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management Another bachelor's degree combined with at least 300 hours of studies in computerized Information Systems Practical Engineering diploma in Computers or a relevant technology field Central Israel | Full-time | On-site
