Digital & CRM Project Manager Needed! A leading financial organization in the Central region is seeking a Digital & CRM Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in marketing, sales, lead generation, and service systems. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for characterizing, managing, and upgrading advanced information systems, bridging business requirements with technology teams, writing functional specification documents, leading organizational workflows, and collaborating continuously with senior stakeholders. 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in CRM, Digital, or Web environments - Mandatory Strong technological orientation with deep understanding of business processes - Mandatory Experience in writing functional requirements documents and interpreting technical spec documents - Mandatory Hands-on experience working with lead management, contact center, and CRM systems - Mandatory Extensive project management experience within the insurance or financial sectors - Significant Advantage Familiarity or experience with Unica (or equivalent Marketing Automation tools) - Significant Advantage Proven ability to drive initiatives, demonstrate leadership, and manage senior management interfaces
