Technical Integrator SRE

We’re hiring a Technical Integrator SRE to help keep the app rock‑solid in production, partnering closely with development, operations, and maintenance teams. What you’ll do Serve as the central interface between dev teams, operations, and external vendors Investigate and resolve complex production incidents Build and own monitoring & alerting, drive data‑driven RCA, and lead reliability/performance improvements Leverage advanced AI tools (Claude, Kiro) to accelerate troubleshooting, automation, and reliability workflows What we’re looking for Strong technical drive, motivation, and self‑learning ability Proven experience as a technical integrator across development, infrastructure, operations, and vendors Hands‑on with Splunk and Dynatrace for production troubleshooting Experience setting up monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts Database skills: MongoDB, DocumentDB, SQL Familiarity with OCP and AWS environments Familiarity with AI dev/ops tools (e.g., Claude, Kiro) — a significant advantage A collaborative team‑player with an operational‑excellence mindset and continuous‑improvement attitude High ownership, independence, organizational skills, and service orientation Show more Show less
