Supply Chain & Production Project Manager (Space & Satellites) | Leading Defense Company | Central Israel For a premier defense and aerospace company, we are hiring an Engineering & Operations Project Manager to lead complex, cutting-edge satellite technology projects end-to-end — from initial concept and proposal through development, integration, and final delivery. This role is ideal for proactive, assertive project leaders with strong interpersonal skills, a drive for independent execution, and proven matrix management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-End Ownership: Directing projects through all phases — customer proposals, engineering cost estimation, development milestones, and serial production execution. • Strong R&D / NPI Interface: Working closely with R&D engineering teams, participating in design reviews, and managing seamless transition from development to mass production (NPI to Serial). • Shop-Floor & Manufacturing Integration: Handling day-to-day line constraints, managing complex BOMs, driving engineering change orders (ECO), and ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace quality standards. • Supply Chain & Procurement: Collaborating extensively with procurement teams, identifying component shortages, and implementing creative problem-solving to eliminate supplier bottlenecks. • Planning & Budget Control: Managing integrated schedules using MS Project, tracking project budget performance (planned vs. actual), and delivering periodic status reports to executive leadership. Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering — Mandatory . • Operations & Manufacturing Background: Substantial background in production planning, MRP, or manufacturing operations (experience as a large-scale project planner or operational PM) — Major Advantage . • Project Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing production and/or multidisciplinary development projects. • Systems & Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems (hands-on experience with SAP , especially PP & PS modules — Strong Advantage ); advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel. • Industry Experience: Background within defense/aerospace industries and/or active security clearance — Significant Advantage . • Soft Skills: High ownership mindset, excellent stakeholder communication, resilience under pressure, and high intrinsic motivation. • Availability: Willingness to work overtime as required by project milestones. 📍 Location: Central Israel 📩 jobs@allpha.co.il #ProjectManagement #Aerospace #Satellite #Engineering #DefenseIndustry #Operations #NPI #SAP #Hiring
