AI Project Manager

AI Project Manager | GenAI & Enterprise AI Solutions A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead complex AI and Generative AI initiatives from business requirements through implementation, production deployment, and performance measurement. This role combines end-to-end technology project management, AI and GenAI knowledge, business analysis, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with R&D, Data, Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Information Security teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and drive their successful adoption across the organization. What You'll Do Lead AI and Generative AI projects from initiation through production deployment Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical project plans Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional work with R&D, Data, Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams Lead Proof of Concept (POC), pilot, implementation, and production rollout processes Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for AI solutions Identify project blockers, prioritize activities, and drive execution without direct managerial authority Support user adoption and organizational implementation of AI-powered solutions Present project progress, risks, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and project outcomes What We're Looking For Proven experience managing complex technology projects Experience leading projects end-to-end in cross-functional environments Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project plans Experience collaborating with Software Development, Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams Strong project planning, scope management, scheduling, risk management, and dependency management skills Experience working with Agile methodologies Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and systems-level perspective Advantages Experience managing GenAI, AI Agent, or Automation projects Familiarity with Cloud technologies, APIs, Data Pipelines, and MLOps Experience leading POCs and implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments Technical background in Software Development, Data, or Information Systems Central Israel | Full-time
