Senior Technical Project Manager – Salesforce We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager – Salesforce to join a leading organization and drive complex, cross-functional Salesforce projects and technology initiatives. This role combines technical expertise, business understanding, and end-to-end project leadership, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, go-live, and post-launch support. What You'll Do Lead Salesforce projects and initiatives, balancing ongoing development priorities with strategic objectives Manage complex, cross-functional technology projects from planning through delivery Gather business requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions Lead technical discussions and coordinate between business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams Oversee solution planning, architecture considerations, integrations, dependencies, and risks Drive Salesforce implementations and integrations with external enterprise systems Leverage AI tools throughout the project lifecycle to support analysis, planning, and execution What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in enterprise environments Hands-on experience managing Salesforce systems and a strong understanding of the platform and its capabilities Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce-based technical solutions Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions for business users Strong technical understanding of architecture, integrations, dependencies, and project risks Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems Ability to lead end-to-end initiatives, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with development teams Proactive approach to using AI tools to improve project workflows and delivery Show more Show less
