Head of Data & AI Products | Leading Financial Organization | Central Israel Ready to lead the next generation of Data & AI products in the financial industry? A leading financial organization is looking for a Head of Data & AI Products to lead its product strategy and portfolio, with a strong focus on GenAI – from identifying business opportunities through development, implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact. The role includes leading a team of Product Managers , owning the Data & AI product portfolio, and driving strategic cross-organizational initiatives across business, technology, executive leadership, and governance functions. What You'll Do Define the Data & AI product strategy and roadmap Own and prioritize a portfolio of AI and GenAI products and initiatives Lead products end-to-end, from Business Case through Production, Scale, and measurable business value Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers Own portfolio planning, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks Drive cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security Embed Responsible AI and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle Measure product adoption, effectiveness, and business impact Evaluate relevant technologies, vendors, and strategic partners What We're Looking For Significant management experience within a large, complex, matrixed organization – required Significant technology product management experience, including proven experience leading AI products – required Experience managing and developing Product Management teams Experience managing a portfolio of products and cross-organizational initiatives Proven experience taking products from business need and Business Case through Production, Scale, and measurable value Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and GenAI Experience working across business, technology, and governance functions Experience within a regulated environment and working with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong Advantage Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience Master's degree 📍 Central Israel | Full-time Show more Show less
