Senior IT Project Manager & Systems Analyst | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager & Systems Analyst to lead complex technology projects and support the development of mission-critical healthcare systems. This is a hands-on role combining end-to-end project management with systems analysis , working across development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, information security, clinical, and business teams. What You'll Do Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation and planning through development, testing, production, and implementation Build and manage project plans, timelines, scope, priorities, dependencies, and risks Coordinate multiple technology, business, clinical, security, and vendor stakeholders Manage project status and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders Drive decision-making processes and present professional alternatives and recommendations Take ownership of project objectives, quality, deliverables, and successful execution Analyze complex healthcare information systems and business processes Write detailed functional and technical specifications Define and support integrations between internal and external systems, including APIs and ESB Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams Investigate complex system issues and lead cross-functional solutions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization – required At least 4 years of experience managing complex technology projects – required Proven experience leading at least one technology project end-to-end – required At least 3–4 years of experience in complex Systems Analysis – required Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications – required Experience defining system integrations, including APIs and ESB – required Hands-on experience with SQL – required Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal managerial authority Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently in a complex, multi-project environment Advantages Experience working in large organizations with complex, highly integrated operational systems Experience with Kafka or ESB Central Israel | Full-time Show more Show less
