Generative AI Engineer

A leading organization is looking for a Gen AI Developer to join its Data Science department. The role combines hands-on development and advanced research in the field of Generative AI. Build products and applications powered by LLMs, develop autonomous AI Agents, design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that connect models to organizational knowledge, perform advanced Prompt Engineering, develop in Python using leading frameworks and libraries, and research and evaluate emerging tools and technologies in the Generative AI ecosystem. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field — required 2+ years of hands-on experience in development or data analysis, with strong and proven experience working with LLMs during the past year — required Advanced Python proficiency — required Proven experience writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and preparation — required Hands-on experience with advanced Prompt Engineering , including System Prompts, Chain-of-Thought techniques, and related methodologies In-depth familiarity with different LLM models and their capabilities Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph , or equivalent frameworks for building LLM applications Knowledge of RAG architectures and model/application evaluation Experience with databases such as Elasticsearch or PostgreSQL — an advantage Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent — an advantage Show more Show less
