Junior Technology Project Manager Wanted! A leading medical organization is looking for a Junior Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end digitalization and innovation processes. The role includes analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional characterizations, and leading transitions from manual processes to advanced digital solutions in a cloud environment. The work includes close collaboration with medical and management interfaces, developing solutions in Low Code environments, implementing AI tools for organizational efficiency, and leading technological projects from the characterization stage to actual implementation. Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory Passion and high technological orientation, with a desire and ability to learn new tools on the fly – Mandatory Familiarity or experience working with the Microsoft 365 platform (including Word, Excel, etc.) – Mandatory Affinity for the world of AI and the use of advanced tools such as Copilot (or equivalent tools) – Significant Advantage Orientation towards development in Low Code environments such as Power Automate and Power Apps (or equivalent tools) – Advantage Aptitude and talent for analyzing business processes and writing functional characterization documents Excellent interpersonal skills, charisma, and the ability to manage multiple interfaces Show more Show less
