Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager | Software & IT Delivery Know how to turn complex technology projects into successful deliveries? A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex software and IT projects from initial planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and implementation. This role combines technical understanding, end-to-end project ownership, cross-functional coordination, and delivery management in a complex enterprise environment. You'll work closely with Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product, and business teams to keep projects moving, resolve dependencies, and ensure successful delivery. What You'll Do Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation through production deployment. Build project plans and manage timelines, scope, milestones, and dependencies. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Coordinate activities across Software Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product teams. Manage tasks, project risks, blockers, and competing priorities. Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders without direct managerial authority. Lead project status meetings and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders. Bridge communication between business teams and technical professionals. Oversee development, testing, implementation, and production release activities. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required. Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality. Requirements Professional experience managing technology or software development projects. Proven experience leading projects end-to-end. Strong understanding of software development processes and information systems. Experience working directly with software development teams and technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent organizational skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of project outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with business and technical stakeholders. Advantages Technical background in software development, systems analysis, or IT infrastructure. Experience using Jira, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps. Experience working in large enterprise organizations. Familiarity with Cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations. Relevant academic degree.
