Data Product Manager | Business Analytics & AI A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a Data Product Manager with a strong business mindset and proven experience leading complex business processes to develop and implement data-driven products and analytical solutions. We're looking for a business-oriented product professional who excels at understanding organizational needs, breaking down complex business challenges, and translating them into practical, data-driven solutions. This role is particularly relevant to candidates with backgrounds in Product Management, Business Consulting, Business Process Improvement, or Data & Analytics initiatives . Experience in a leading consulting firm or a consultancy specializing in business processes is a significant advantage. What You'll Do Lead data-driven products and business processes from initial discovery through development, implementation, and continuous improvement Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and define business problems Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and actionable solutions Define solutions based on analytical models, data insights, and Machine Learning capabilities Develop product roadmaps and work plans aligned with business objectives Coordinate product development with Data Scientists, analysts, and other professional teams Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization Lead complex business initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct managerial authority Present business recommendations, product outcomes, and actionable insights to senior management Define success metrics, measure business impact, and continuously improve product performance Work in an Agile environment while managing priorities, deliverables, timelines, and quality What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Consulting, or leading complex business processes involving Data, Analytics, or AI Significant experience leading business processes and understanding organizational needs Strong business orientation and the ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into practical solutions Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and defining solutions Understanding of data and analytical models sufficient to lead data-driven products and collaborate effectively with technical specialists Ability to independently lead initiatives from end to end Experience working with business stakeholders and senior management Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate recommendations, outcomes, and business insights clearly Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Ability to influence and drive processes without direct managerial authority Significant Advantages Experience working at a leading consulting firm or a business process consulting company Experience in a large enterprise or complex organizational environment Experience in the financial services industry Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Degree in Social Sciences that includes Statistics and Research Methods Central Israel | Full-time
