SAP FI/MM Team Lead

We're hiring a SAP FI/MM Team Lead! We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead our SAP implementation team across finance, procurement and logistics. The role combines team leadership, end-to-end project delivery and responsibility for ongoing system support and process improvement. Key responsibilities: • Lead the SAP FI/MM implementation team, managing tasks, priorities and timelines. • Analyze business needs and translate requirements into system solutions. • Lead SAP projects, upgrades and new process implementations from planning through deployment. • Oversee system maintenance, issue resolution and compliance with SLAs. • Lead integration between SAP modules and connected systems. • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, IT, vendors and senior stakeholders. Requirements: • At least 4-5 years of SAP implementation experience in FI and MM. • Proven experience managing an SAP team of up to 10 consultants or providing professional team leadership. • Experience leading end-to-end SAP projects. • Experience gathering and defining business requirements and working with senior users and business managers. • Experience with integration between SAP modules. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, motivate team members and understand broader business and system needs. • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies - Experience using AI tools is an advantage.
