SAP FI/MM Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of SAP professionals, drive end-to-end projects, and play a key role in optimizing business processes and delivering impactful SAP solutions. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of SAP FI/MM consultants, both professionally and operationally. Drive end-to-end SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and process improvements. Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Oversee team priorities, task allocation, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure system stability, ongoing support, and continuous process optimization. Lead integration processes across SAP modules and related systems. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and senior stakeholders. Explore and implement innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions. What We're Looking For 4–5+ years of hands-on SAP FI/MM implementation experience – Must. Proven experience leading or managing an SAP implementation team – Must. Experience managing end-to-end SAP projects – Must. Strong background in business requirements analysis and functional specifications. Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders. Solid understanding of integration between SAP modules. Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
