Creator Partnerships Manager

ZYG is an AI-native e-commerce operating system. As a Creator Partnerships Manager on our Creator/Influencer growth team, you’ll source and manage creator partnerships across our brands. You’ll own the day-to-day coordination that keeps creator programs scaling smoothly and content flowing consistently. This is a high-execution role and a great entry point for someone who is organized, creator-obsessed, and ready to take ownership of a real function. Source and vet creators across niches and brand verticals through organic discovery, creator platforms, and smart, automated workflows Manage the full creator journey from first touch to final asset: outreach, briefs, contracts, timelines, content reviews, and revisions Keep campaign trackers, creator databases, and content libraries organized and up to date Partner with internal teams (paid media, brand, account management) to make sure content is delivered on time and to spec Run gifting, affiliate, and paid UGC programs side by side across multiple brands Spot performance patterns, content quality issues, and creator feedback, and share insights with the broader team Help build and refine SOPs that make our creator workflows repeatable as the program scales What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or a related field Strong project management instincts: you track the details and follow up without being asked Ability to juggle multiple workstreams across different brands and campaigns Solid understanding of UGC formats, platform nuances (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), and what makes content convert Clear, warm communication: you’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for our creators and a trusted partner to our internal teams Nice to Have Experience with creator or influencer platforms Familiarity with affiliate programs and tools Exposure to paid media workflows and how UGC feeds performance creative Experience coordinating across multiple brands or product categories Genuine affinity for automation, productivity tools, and workflow optimization, and a curiosity about how AI can make creator programs run smarter
