Project Manager Financial System

A leading financial and retail organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technological and process projects across core organizational systems. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from initiation, characterization, and planning to production deployment, matrix management of multi-stakeholder interfaces, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance, managing risks and schedules, and leading complex integration solutions within a hybrid working model. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field At least 4 years of experience managing technological projects in a financial institution (preferably banking) - Mandatory Significant experience leading projects in core financial systems and Mainframe environments - Mandatory Deep understanding of financial and operational processes, as well as cross-organizational integration interfaces Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (such as Agile) and proven matrix leadership skills Previous experience in systems analysis, regulatory processes, or complex integration projects - Advantage
