Manual QA Tester | Gush Dan | Mertens – MalamTeam Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced Manual QA Tester to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area Key Responsibilities: Perform quality assurance testing for organizational information systems, from understanding requirements and specifications through final approval for production deployment Analyze functional specifications, plan and write test scenarios, and execute manual software testing Document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing process Collaborate with development, systems analysis, infrastructure, and technical support teams Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting project deadlines Analyze business processes, maintain a broad understanding of complex systems, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing Experience working in a medium or large organization as part of a QA team Experience writing test documentation and test scenarios Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Show more Show less
