AI and GenAI Solutions Architect | Jerusalem Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI and GenAI Solutions Architect for a large public organization in Jerusalem. The role focuses on designing and leading end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI solutions, from architecture and integration through Production deployment. Responsibilities: Design and lead end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI solutions Design architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents Work with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore Design integrations with enterprise systems and Cloud environments Define security requirements and Guardrails Write architecture documentation Lead solutions through Production deployment Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect in Public Cloud environments Experience with PaaS, IaaS, SaaS environment management, and managing technology teams 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data, Cloud, Information Systems, or complex systems development 2–3+ years of experience designing and leading AI, GenAI, or ML solutions in a medium to large organization Experience with GenAI architectures including LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Vector DB, Agents, Prompt Orchestration, Evaluation, and Guardrails Experience implementing RAG solutions in Production environments Experience with MLOps and LLMOps Show more Show less
