Located in Tel Aviv next to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home. Role Description- Serving as a Software Technical Project / Program Manager, taking end-to-end technical leadership over complex, cross-functional software initiatives within an advanced AI chip platform. Leading projects from initial concept through architecture, silicon bring-up, validation, and delivery, orchestrating alignment across Software, Hardware, Silicon Validation teams, and external stakeholders. Managing deliverables across low-level software stacks, including Device Drivers, Firmware, Compilers, Runtime Libraries, and Developer SDKs. Navigating complex hardware-software interfaces, system bring-up schedules, performance benchmarking, and engineering milestones. Leading delivery workflows within modern AI/ML frameworks, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and GPU/accelerator toolchains. Enforcing engineering execution standards, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies and robust CI/CD practices. Requirements- Bachelor's / Academic degree in a technological or engineering field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline) – Mandatory 2+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) or Technical Program Manager – Mandatory Prior engineering background in Hardware, Low-Level Software, or Firmware development – Mandatory Direct industry experience from Semiconductor, Chip Design, Hardware, Telecommunications, or Cyber Security companies – Mandatory Deep technical understanding of the hardware-software boundary, silicon lifecycles, and chip bring-up processes – Mandatory Strong practical familiarity with Linux environments, Low-Level software concepts (Drivers, Firmware, SDKs), and modern CI/CD pipelines – Mandatory Proven track record managing complex engineering dependencies and delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies – Mandatory Excellent leadership, cross-functional orchestration, and technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory Show more Show less
