Backend Software Engineer

A high-performing, innovative Israeli cybersecurity company pioneering next-generation Secrets and Key Management platforms for modern cloud enterprises. Employing dozens of professionals, the company delivers a disruptive enterprise B2B SaaS platform engineered to centralize, govern, and protect machine identities, API keys, credentials, and encryption tokens across modern R&D, DevOps, and SecOps environments. The office is located in Central Israel adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home. Role Description- Serving as a Senior Backend Software Engineer, joining a core engineering squad responsible for designing, scaling, and maintaining the company’s flagship B2B SaaS platform. Architecting and implementing high-throughput, low-latency server-side services and secure microservices primarily in Go (Golang) — previous production experience in Go is not mandatory, with full onboarding provided for strong developers coming from other modern backend languages. Designing and operating resilient, distributed backend architectures leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and Serverless paradigms across multi-cloud environments (AWS and Azure). Collaborating cross-functionally with DevOps, Product Managers, and Security Researchers to develop secure API integrations, automated CI/CD delivery pipelines, and cryptographic operations. Upholding stringent security and zero-trust engineering standards, ensuring high availability, continuous observability, and bulletproof data isolation across all cloud services.
