Senior AI Systems Analyst & Project Manager | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for a Senior AI Systems Analyst & Project Manager to lead a new, large-scale system serving thousands of users. The role combines Systems Analysis, Technology Project Management, and AI , with responsibility for understanding business and clinical needs, translating them into technology requirements, and leading complex initiatives from analysis and definition through development and implementation. What You'll Do Analyze business and clinical needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI solutions Define processes, data requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria Create system specifications and translate user needs into actionable requirements Lead technology projects from requirements and planning through development and implementation Work closely with customers and users to understand challenges, identify needs, and prioritize requirements Develop a strong understanding of the system architecture and its technology components Work closely with development teams throughout the project lifecycle Define tasks, priorities, milestones, and track execution Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to key stakeholders Develop solutions for complex business, clinical, and technology challenges Independently lead projects and processes in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment What We're Looking For 6+ years of relevant experience in Systems Analysis and Technology Project Management – required At least 2 years of experience working on complex AI projects – required Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into technology requirements Experience defining processes, data requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria Strong technical understanding of system architecture and components Experience leading teams, stakeholders, and tasks in a matrix environment Proven ability to independently lead technology projects and processes Strong prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High degree of independence and self-learning ability Advantage: Experience managing technology projects in healthcare and/or clinical systems. Education Candidates must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization Another Bachelor's degree plus at least 300 hours of Systems Analysis training No academic degree plus at least 400 hours of Systems Analysis training and two additional years of relevant experience Graduate of a relevant IDF technology unit and/or BRAAM, subject to relevant experience and eligibility requirements 📍 Central Israel | Full-time Show more Show less
