Senior Systems Analyst & Project Manager | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst & Project Manager to join its Core Systems division and lead complex technology solutions supporting appointment scheduling and management. The role combines in-depth Systems Analysis with end-to-end Project Management , from business requirements and solution definition through development, testing, implementation, and go-live within a complex enterprise environment. What You'll Do Analyze complex systems and business processes Create detailed functional and technical specifications Translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions Analyze system constraints, integrations, dependencies, and user experience requirements Lead technology projects end-to-end, from initiation through implementation Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and changes Collaborate with Development, QA, Architecture, and additional business and technology teams Coordinate dependencies and integrations across multiple systems and stakeholders Support development, testing, and implementation processes Investigate production issues and provide ongoing professional support Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously What We're Looking For Academic degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization – required 5+ years of experience analyzing complex systems – required Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications – required Experience managing at least one large-scale, multi-interface technology project – required Strong ability to translate business processes into technology solutions Excellent system-wide thinking combined with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management capabilities Significant Advantages Experience within a large Enterprise organization with complex systems and multiple integrations Experience with AS/400 environments Agile experience Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) SQL experience Experience with Postman and SoapUI 📍 Central Israel | Full-time Hybrid work is available according to organizational policy.
