Junior Project Manager | Defense & Electronics Industry Join a leading company specializing in custom power supplies and communication systems for the defense, aerospace, and civil aviation industries. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our R&D Project Management team and take part in managing innovative, multidisciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities: Support and manage projects from initiation through delivery. Build, track, and maintain project schedules and milestones. Coordinate activities between R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams. Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation plans. Drive tasks independently and ensure timely execution. Assist senior Project Managers in leading complex projects. Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Engineering, or a similar role. Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or defense environment is an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with MS Project is an advantage. Good English communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities. Technical orientation and motivation to grow into a Project Management career.
