WE are hiring Application Engineer – Communication Solutions (Product Team), For a company developing power supplies and communication systems Job Description We are looking for an Application Engineer to join the Product Team, with a focus on advanced communication solutions for the aerospace, defense, and rugged systems industries . This role is ideal for engineers who are interested in developing into customer-facing technical experts and combines hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and exposure to real-world system applications. The position involves working with global customers and requires flexibility and collaboration across different time zones. Responsibilities Support the preparation of technical proposals ( RFIs / RFPs / RFQs ) and compliance matrices Write and maintain product datasheets and technical documentation Work closely with Sales and R&D teams to define solutions tailored to customer requirements Participate in technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements Provide technical support during Pre-Sales activities Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Configuration Management teams throughout the project lifecycle Support global customers, including occasional work outside regular business hours Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science Basic understanding of networking concepts ( Ethernet, Switching, IP fundamentals ) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly High motivation to develop in a technical, customer-facing role Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment Advantages Experience in a customer-facing technical role ( Application Engineer, Technical Support, Pre/Post-Sales ) Background in networking, embedded systems, or communication systems , gained through industry experience, internships, or academic projects Experience writing technical documentation, including proposals, product datasheets, and system descriptions Familiarity with defense and/or aerospace standards Hands-on experience with system integration, laboratory work, or troubleshooting Show more Show less
