Technical Manager

We are seeking a Technical Manager to join our Holon or Be’er Sheva site, to lead and manage the engineering process in a naval radar project for an international customer Responsibilities Lead and manage the radar system development process including requirements management, development cycles, testing processes and system verification Coordinate engineering activities with system, integration and algorithm engineers within the project and define system specifications and technical requirements Lead, define and execute complex test plans involving land, air and sea environments and interface with various regulatory bodies Prepare specifications and technical documentation for different engineering teams and subcontractors and plan and monitor development progress Define goals and performance metrics and synchronize system engineering, software and firmware development teams Serve as a technical point of contact (POC) for matrix interfaces including the business unit, operations and the customer Requirements BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager or Lead System Engineer in the development of multidisciplinary systems combining hardware, firmware and software Experience in configuration definition and specification writing Background and experience in EW (Electronic Warfare) or radar systems - an advantage Familiarity with software development processes and system integration practices Proven experience leading engineering processes and working in a matrix environment with multiple development interfaces Hands-on experience with AI-based tools for improving engineering and technical management processes Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) Ability to work and make decisions under pressure and uncertainty Only suitable applicants will be contacted #Beer Sheva Show more Show less
