We are looking for Elbit Systems Aerospace division is looking for an ILS & After Sales Support Program Manager to lead logistics support and service activities for advanced systems If you are looking for a meaningful role that combines leading complex programs, working with customers בארץ and worldwide, and collaborating with diverse technological interfaces – this is your opportunity to join advanced defense projects and make an impact throughout the entire system life cycle In this role you will Lead and manage ILS and After Sales Support programs for existing and new projects Develop and lead the logistics support concept throughout the system life cycle Manage maintenance activities, spare parts, repairs, technical documentation, training activities, and test equipment Lead customer interfaces on service, support, and logistics topics בארץ and abroad Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, quality, operations, and service units Manage support events and provide professional solutions while leading system-level problem solving Lead initiatives to improve system availability, reliability, and maintainability Participate in developing proposals and support plans for new business opportunities Requirements B.Sc. degree in Engineering At least 3–5 years of experience in managing ILS, Customer Support, or After Sales Support programs Experience working with customers and managing multiple interfaces High level English proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing Experience in maintenance systems, avionics, weapon systems, or airborne systems - Advantage Professional experience with helmet systems, head systems, avionics, or guided weapon systems - Advantage Strong cross-organizational leadership skills, ability to work independently, system-level vision, and excellent interpersonal communication skills Only relevant applications will be answered* #Haifa Show more Show less
