Implementation Engineer (Data & AI) – US Enterprise SaaS

About the Role: We are partnering with a fast-growing, impact-driven Israeli tech company with a strong US footprint.Their enterprise platform resolves complex financial and operational friction for millions of end-users across the US,aggregating fragmented funding sources, eligibility data, and enterprise workflows into one unified platform. As an Implementation Engineer , you will sit at the intersection of technical execution, big data, and client-facing operations. You’ll own the entire post-sales onboarding journey for tier-1 US enterprise clients - working directly with customer IT, R&D, and Product teams to design, ingest, analyze, and deploy complex data integrations to production. If you are highly technical, write strong SQL, naturally critical of data, and excited to leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Claude Code, Datadog, AI-driven workflows) to automate implementations - this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Lead Technical Onboarding: Own technical integrations and data onboarding end-to-end for large US enterprise accounts. Bridge Tech & Business: Partner with client IT and internal Customer Success teams to define data requirements,map data flows, and lead clients to a successful go-live. Deep-Dive into Data: Write SQL queries to analyze large data sets, audit ingestion quality, uncover data anomalies, and troubleshoot root causes. Leverage Modern AI & Observability Tools: Work closely with tools like Claude (Claude Code), Datadog, and Tableau to validate data, build efficiency into implementation workflows, and deliver precise analytics. Drive Data Integrity & Critical Thinking: Challenge assumptions, systematically test customer data outputs, and ensure 100% precision for production readiness. Client-Facing Representation: Lead complex technical discussions with conservative enterprise stakeholders in fluent, high-level English. What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Data Integration Engineer) in the high-tech industry. Background in Regulated / Complex Environments: Experience working in FinTech, Cyber, InsurTech, or Enterprise SaaS (environments with high regulatory standards and sensitive data). Strong Data & Technical Foundation: Hands-on experience with SQL (must), data mapping, APIs, and enterprise integration workflows. Modern Tech & AI Aptitude: Hands-on experience or strong orientation toward working with AI tools (Claude Code, LLMs), observability platforms (Datadog), and BI/Analytics tools (Tableau). Native/Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading calls with senior US enterprise stakeholders.
