Generative AI Engineer

We’re looking for a AI Engineer to join a leading defense company and take part in developing advanced, mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: AI Agents Development: Building intelligent agents capable of executing sequences of actions, making decisions, and interacting with external systems. RAG Systems Architecture: Establishing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to integrate models with organizational knowledge bases. Python Development: Writing production-grade code for business logic, working with frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, and integrating solution logic into company products. Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Designing, writing, and optimizing complex prompts (System Prompts, Chain-of-Thought) to maximize performance across various LLMs. Research & Evaluation: Researching and implementing emerging AI tools and conducting rigorous evaluation of model outputs. Requirements: Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science – Mandatory. Software Development Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack development with strong Python coding skills – Mandatory. GenAI Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing GenAI products and systems – Mandatory. Machine Learning: Deep understanding and practical experience building, training, and deploying ML models. Data Retrieval & Analysis: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data preparation and model evaluation – Mandatory. Frameworks: Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar libraries for building LLM applications. Significant Advantages: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science Hands-on experience with Qdrant Vector DB Experience developing dashboards using BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik) Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (Docker) Proven track record in optimizing business processes through automation and AI
