Senior Software Developer – C / Linux

Responsibilities Developing and modifying software in C according to technical requirements and Team Leader specifications Analyzing requirements and gaining a deep understanding of the system Developing and working with message-based interfaces between system units Developing and maintaining simulation software for Linux and Windows environments Running tests and supporting system integration activities Supporting preparations for experiments and system trials Running sanity tests and validating new functionalities Debugging and fixing software issues Working closely with software developers and system engineers throughout the project Requirements Experience developing in C Experience developing in a Linux environment Experience working as part of a software development team with Git and Azure Experience with TCP/UDP communication Experience developing hardware–software interfaces at the application level Experience with Windows development – Advantage Experience with C++ – Advantage Experience developing simulation systems – Advantage If you’re an experienced software engineer looking for a challenging role in a leading defense organization, we’d love to hear from you.
