Clinical Research & Regulatory Project Manager

A unique opportunity to join a national initiative within Israel’s public healthcare sector, focused on advancing clinical research, streamlining regulatory processes, and developing new frameworks for innovative clinical trials. Key Responsibilities Updating clinical trial procedures and regulatory guidelines in alignment with national healthcare policy and government agreements. Promoting mutual recognition and harmonization of processes between medical institutions. Establishing the infrastructure for a new unit dedicated to advancing Phase I clinical trials and AI-driven clinical research. Leading cross-organizational processes, developing procedures, and conducting Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA). Leveraging AI tools to improve regulatory processes and operational efficiency. Requirements Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or relevant project management experience. Legal knowledge and familiarity with regulatory frameworks. Experience in procedure writing, Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA), and working with regulatory authorities. Strong proficiency in AI tools and their practical applications. Experience in clinical trial regulation – a significant advantage. Location: Jerusalem, Israel
