Role Description- Serving as a Senior Backend / Data Software Engineer, joining an agile core engineering squad responsible for architecting, scaling, and maintaining the company's high-throughput AI-driven marketing platform. Taking comprehensive technical ownership over distributed data pipelines, scalable backend microservices, and automated workflows primarily implemented in Python. Designing and operating high-performance data processing pipelines and workflow orchestrations leveraging Apache Spark, Argo Workflows, and Kubernetes within a multi-tier Cloud environment (AWS). Architecting, querying, and optimizing complex relational database schemas and large-scale analytical data warehouses to support massive, real-time media analytics. Driving end-to-end features directly into live production environments, maintaining production health, and continuously upholding system observability and reliability. Collaborating cross-functionally with Global Engineering, Product Management, and Data teams to innovate and rapidly integrate new cutting-edge technologies and services. Requirements- 4 years of hands-on software development experience primarily in Python – Mandatory Deep, practical software engineering background with Python in production environments – Mandatory Proven hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining services on Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – Mandatory Solid background designing and implementing distributed systems and scalable data architectures – Mandatory Proven experience working with relational databases and modern data warehouses – Mandatory Advanced, hands-on mastery of SQL with the ability to comfortably craft and optimize complex queries – Mandatory Strong production mindset: proven comfort with end-to-end delivery, deployments, monitoring, and operating live production environments – Mandatory Proactive curiosity, quick technical learning abilities, and enthusiasm for adopting new frameworks and technologies – Mandatory Fluent technical communication skills in English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory Show more Show less
