Software Engineer

Backed by one of the largest seed funding rounds in recent industry history and already generating strong commercial traction with active paying enterprise customers, the company operates with an elite core squad of dozens of specialists. The company develops an advanced platform powered by autonomous AI agents that emulate sophisticated human adversary behavior (synthetic hackers). The office is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a full in-office work model. Role Description- Serving as a Senior Backend / Full-Stack Software Engineer (Backend-Heavy), joining a core engineering squad building the central architecture of an autonomous Agentic AI offensive security platform. Taking comprehensive end-to-end technical ownership over designing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance backend services and distributed pipelines primarily in Python. Architecting and deploying intelligent reasoning engines, autonomous agent orchestration workflows, and dynamic simulation pipelines that model real-world cyber adversary tactics. Building scalable software components that execute system reconnaissance, automated exploitation logic, telemetry ingestion, and attack graph generation. Bridging low-level cyber security mechanics with modern AI capabilities, delivering production-grade reliability, concurrency, and security. Collaborating cross-functionally with Founders, Security Researchers, and AI Specialists to shape core product capabilities from concept to production deployment. Requirements- 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience focusing on Backend development (or Backend-heavy Full-Stack) – Mandatory Recent, significant hands-on experience developing cybersecurity products (deep familiarity with security concepts, attack surfaces, vulnerabilities, and networking) – Mandatory Deep, proven programming mastery in Python for complex, high-performance systems – Mandatory Academic degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field, OR an elite technological background from IDF tech/cyber intelligence units (candidates completing active service directly from premier technological military units are welcome and highly encouraged) – Mandatory Solid background designing and implementing distributed services, asynchronous processing, and robust APIs – Mandatory High ownership, strong architectural mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment – Mandatory Show more Show less
