The Role: Senior QA Manual Engineer We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA Manual Engineer to own end-to-end quality assurance across our product suite and ensure reliable experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll shape testing strategy, establish quality standards, mentor QA engineers, and partner closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-paced Agile environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Architect, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test suites based on complex product requirements. • Lead functional, regression, API, integration, performance, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications. • Own defect lifecycles and triage using tools such as Jira and BrowserStack, and analyze quality metrics to identify systemic issues. • Mentor junior QA engineers in test-case design, execution best practices, and professional development. • Collaborate with Product Managers, system architects, and senior developers to refine acceptance criteria and evaluate risk early. • Drive continuous improvement in QA methodology, tooling, and workflow integration within fast-paced sprint cycles. What You Bring to the Table: • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. • 4+ years of dedicated experience in software quality assurance and test execution. • Deep expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle, Software Testing Life Cycle, and Agile/Scrum frameworks. • Advanced hands-on experience with test management and bug-tracking platforms such as Jira and BrowserStack, plus API testing tools such as Postman. • Proven experience establishing test strategies and mentoring junior or mid-level QA team members. • Exceptional analytical and root-cause analysis skills, with strong cross-team communication. 🎁 What’s in It for You: • Own and influence QA strategy across a fast-scaling product ecosystem. • Work on complex web and mobile products used across a multi-sided marketplace. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and technical leadership. • Mentor others while continuing to deepen your hands-on QA expertise. • Help build reliable products that are transforming local commerce.
