We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead HAAT’s fintech ecosystem payments, cash management, settlements, and financial operations tools. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing: • Own and evolve HAAT’s financial ecosystem payments, settlements, and cash operations. • Define and execute the fintech product roadmap with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and scalability. • Build and scale financial products that enable digital access for cash-heavy users. • Design secure, auditable financial flows across payments and settlements. • Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Data teams to build scalable systems and dashboards. • Translate complex financial requirements into clear product specs, flows, and edge cases. • Lead rollout plans, documentation, and training to ensure adoption across teams. • Partner with Fraud & Security teams to ensure integrity and compliance. • Drive data-informed decisions using KPIs, funnels, and financial metrics. 🎯 What You Bring: • 6+ years of Product Management experience (Senior / Principal level). • 3+ years in fintech, payments, or financial products. • Proven ability to build and scale complex financial systems. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPIs, dashboards, and financial data. • Ability to translate financial logic into product requirements and technical flows. • Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations. • Strong execution skills prioritization, trade-offs, and fast delivery. • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize product lifecycle and delivery. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. 🎁 What’s in It for You: • Own a critical domain fintech at the core of HAAT’s business. • Solve real-world financial challenges in cash-heavy markets. • Build products that enable digital inclusion at scale. • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. • Be part of a fast-scaling company transforming logistics and fintech.
