Salesforce Product Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Salesforce Product Manager! Lead complex digital products throughout their entire lifecycle, from defining business and technical requirements to delivery and ongoing management. The role combines Salesforce, AI, and cloud technologies with cross-functional collaboration across development, data, UX/UI, vendors, and senior management. What are we looking for? At least 4 years of experience managing complex digital products. Proven experience managing Salesforce products and integrating business systems. Experience working with AI technologies and developing or maintaining systems in cloud environments. Strong technical specification skills, including writing detailed specifications, building ERDs, flowcharts, system interfaces, and Visio diagrams. Experience working with Agile methodologies, building work plans, managing budgets, and overseeing vendors. Experience writing User Stories and managing product Backlogs and Roadmaps. The role includes: End-to-end ownership of complex digital products throughout their lifecycle. Defining business and technical requirements. Managing Backlogs, Roadmaps, and User Stories.
