"A Special Project" is a multidisciplinary department operating across AI, software, hardware, electronics, and mechanical design. Working closely with Kela’s CTO Office. Joining this department will require relocation - more details will be disclosed to relevant candidates. About the Role You'll lead a department and work across disciplines to deliver an extremely ambitious & strategic national defense project. Key Technologies mission autonomy & unmanned systems Composites and advanced materials constellations & space systems propulsion & turbomachinery contested communications High-scale manufacturing Requirements you are world-class in at least one technical domain and are a capable leader you are self-motivated, self-directed, hands-on and don't need to be managed your background reflects a clear display of excellence and outstanding achievements you can represent the team in front of customers, partners and leadership you have significant experience leading complicated, high stakes projects
