About In-House Health In-House Health is building the AI-powered clinical workforce OS for healthcare's biggest problem: there aren't enough nurses, and the ones we have are burning out. Our platform lets nursing teams run their own schedules with flexibility they've never had before. Predictive algorithms match the right nurse to the right shift, so facilities stay staffed and clinicians get their lives back. We're a seed-stage team backed by one of the largest VCs in the world, led by CEO Ari Brenner, who previously founded a digital health company valued at over $1B. We're early, well-funded and going after a global problem. About the role Join the app team and own the user experience of the core product (schedule, open shifts, shift pickup, requests, mobile), used every day by schedulers and nurses on web and mobile Use AI tooling to make things work, from quick prototypes and validating ideas to getting features shipped Find and fix paper cuts using data and customer signals (Mixpanel, support tickets, user feedback) Write clear PRDs and see features through end to end: feedback → prototype → shipped Make decisions, keep a decision log, and make sure things actually happen Help shape the product direction of a fast-growing startup About you 3-5 years of experience as a product manager, ideally on a user-facing app (B2B SaaS or mobile is a plus) Strong UX and product sense: you care about how things look, feel and flow for the user Strong ownership: you take decisions and drive them to the finish line Highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage company
