Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a PMO for a leading healthcare organization in Central Israel Role Overview Lead complex procurement and technology projects, focusing on business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation. The role includes identifying inefficiencies, defining technological solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with vendors and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and optimize procurement processes and workflows • Lead complex projects and cross-functional initiatives • Define business requirements and prepare functional specifications • Identify process gaps and implement digital solutions • Monitor project performance and present recommendations to management Requirements • 6+ years of experience in technology project management and control • 4+ years of matrix management experience, including large-scale projects with multimillion-shekel budgets • 5+ years of experience in procurement, process management, or process improvement in large organizations • Proven experience in business process analysis and optimization • Experience writing specifications, evaluating alternatives, and developing work plans • Strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders • Experience leading organizational change and measuring project outcomes
