Senior R&D Program Manager

As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as helping shape the way teams are working in Agile. Key responsibilities: Lead complex, end-to-end, cross-organizational projects, bridging Development, Operations, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution. Drive the adoption of AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and productivity . Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile methodologies, proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, refining processes, and fostering deep collaboration between R&D, Product, and Operation teams. Motivate and align cross-functional teams through transparent communication and stakeholder engagement, influencing effectively across all organizational levels. Solve challenges and drive impactful outcomes independently. Skills and experience: 5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO Profound project management experience in the software industry PMP Certification Experience in Jira administration Fluent in English both written and verbal Strong presentation and communication skills Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities Lead without authority skills Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD– advantage Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent At Gett, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.
