Production Quality Team Lead

DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company specializing in the development and manufacturing of life-saving radar systems, is looking for a Production Quality Team Lead to join our Production Quality team. Responsibilities: Lead quality investigations for failures and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal quality audits in accordance with aerospace quality standards and monitor corrective actions to address identified gaps. Analyze quality data, prepare and present ongoing trends and statistical reports, develop improvement plans, and monitor their implementation. Work cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams, supporting products during the NPI phase. Prepare presentations and lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams. Take overall responsibility for manufacturing quality processes for military products, including FMEA and MRB activities. Review and interpret engineering specifications, technical documentation, and engineering drawings. Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently, prepare professional presentations, communicate clearly and concisely, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be willing to work additional hours when required. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing environment – mandatory.
