R&D PMO

DRS RADA, a leading defense high-tech company specializing in radar systems development, is seeking a motivated and skilled PMO to join our R&D department. Responsibilities: Provide operational support for all R&D projects, assisting in the execution of work plans. Track annual work plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, monitoring progress against plans, managing resources, and identifying risks. Work extensively with the company’s project management systems to maintain project control. Work extensively with the factory for resource coordination and major breakdowns. Oversee project timelines and proactively manage risks to ensure project milestones are met. Assist development teams with procurement and logistics processes. Collaborate closely with R&D team leaders, project managers, system engineers, procurement teams, and production staff. Active involvement in the project life cycle (KOM, DRs, installation, integration, validation). Align/focus the project team towards the main goals. Responsibility for coordinating and managing subcontractor activities, mainly timelines, compliance, terms, and financials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 3-4 years of experience in relevant roles. Strong cross-functional leadership skills, assertiveness, and a proactive mindset. Systemic and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
