Information Systems Project Manager | Digital & ERP A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to lead cross-functional Digital and enterprise systems projects in a large-scale technology environment. The role is ideal for a project manager with 4–10 years of experience who has managed projects involving Digital platforms, ERP / core enterprise systems, integrations and multiple business and technology stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Monday.com for project planning, tracking and reporting is required. What You'll Do Lead Information Systems projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through development, implementation and delivery Manage Digital, ERP and enterprise technology initiatives Translate business requirements into project scope, work plans and execution Build and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and timelines Use Monday.com for ongoing project planning, tracking and reporting Coordinate business stakeholders, development teams, IT teams and external vendors Lead matrix teams across multiple organizational units Manage integrations and dependencies between enterprise systems Monitor project execution and drive issues through resolution What We're Looking For 4–10 years of experience managing Information Systems / technology projects Experience managing Digital and/or ERP / enterprise systems projects Hands-on experience with Monday.com Experience working in a large enterprise organization Proven end-to-end project management experience Experience working with multiple business and technology stakeholders Experience leading matrix teams and external vendors Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations and business processes Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Strong planning, analytical and stakeholder management skills Advantage Experience with SAP, CRM, core systems or integration projects Experience managing AI-related initiatives Education Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another relevant technology field. 📍 Central Israel | Full-time | On-site
