We are seeking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end procurement operations. This role is responsible for supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, contracts, budget control, and cost optimization, while ensuring quality, availability, and on-time delivery. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact and build procurement infrastructure in a dynamic environment with advanced products in active development and production stages. Manage end-to-end procurement processes across the organization Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors Build and manage the procurement budget, including cost control and savings initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, R&D, engineering, finance, and sales Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation within procurement operations Analyze gaps between planning and execution and lead continuous improvement initiatives At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in a manufacturing environment Significant advantage for experience in electronics procurement / electronic components- Must Proven experience in commercial negotiations and supplier contract management Experience in global procurement – advantage Experience working with subcontractors – advantage Experience working with ERP systems – advantage for Oracle NetSuite High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) Ability to lead processes independently in a fast-changing, dynamic environment Full-time availability to work from the company’s offices in Petah Tikva (non-hybrid role) Who Will Be a Great Fit?
